Got my first ace (as shown in photo) with my ghostly 175 Champion Wraith.

I'm not a big fan of Pro myself. Yes I do own two pro discs. I try and find "gummy" Champion Discs. The stickier ones. I do not really like the feel of my Champion Groove, but I can make it do what I want it to do so it's not too bad. My Groove is candy hard! I'd love to find a soft, or gummy or sticky one if they ever made them. An R-Pro Groove would be nice.

They did not have the hole length we were throwing on, people estimated it to be 600 or so feet and I threw it over half way. It could have actually been farther. I have played a 720 foot hole and it seemed closer to 700 feet to me. But, like I said it was un-official and without measurement.

An un-official 360, I've only been playing for 4 months

How far did you throw your wraith?

I have throw DX, Champ and Pro now and they all fly the same for me as far as flight paths go. When I first started I had a 169 DX Wraith and my friend had a 168 DX Destroyer. I always preferred my Wraith. I think you should get a Champion Wraith and you will never turn back. Especially now that it is getting warmer! I beat out Champ Destroyer, Boss and Groove to come in second in my first every long drive competition.

Dood Wraiths, when thrwon well have a great flight path. Suttle turn and will hold that turn for some distance, before a nice again suttle fade. I have a pro wraith 175g, that I love. I am feeling that the pro plastic seems to be my choice in terms of "feel", but I would not mind trying a champion. Will the flights be the same between the two?

Also, I bought a pro destroyer because according to innova its the same as a wraith for function, but one notch faster, but slower than the boss and groove (which I can't throw at all) and I was hoping I found basically a wraith on steriods. But what I 'm finding is the destroyer (in the same weight as my wraith) feels heavier and hard to throw just like the boss and groove. Then I pick my wraith back up and I can really poke it out there.

Any suggestions on why that is? Shoud I try a champion destoyer? Not trying to divert the focus away from the wraith here, I love it. Just looking for suggestions.........

I agree "super h" I threw DX for about 3 months when I first started playing. I then got a champion mid-range disc and then fairway driver. Once I knew I could throw those well, I bought a Champion Wraith and LOVE it! I tried several Gateway and Discraft drivers, but for backhand, it is Champion Wraith hands down. I have another 2 more Wraiths on the way that will give me two DX and two champion!!!
