Don't forget breakfast, especially if you are going to lumber onto the course and throw disc. Try the all new Hot-pockets human brain flavor. Just a few seconds in the microwave and you are all set. yum.

All members need the ZDGA logo in their bag, so I'll send you a new dyed disc (out of any I have) for $18, a stencil for $4, or I'll dye it on a disc you send me for $8. This includes shipping!!n Crazy, I know... like a zombie
