I just went out and played my course, BRATS, for the first round, or anything other than a putt, since I got home from my trip on Saturday night. My elbow and arm held up nicely, flubbed one sidearm due to elbow irritation though. My right knee is pinched after the round, but not as bad as the last few months on the road.
