Share 'Tournaments and closing courses'

So this past weekend I played a tournament June 21st. This tournament was sanctioned by the PDGA but due to the city owning the baskets and not the club that hosted the event the course could not be closed. Throughout the tournament there was casuals backing up holes slowing the tournament down. If you left any disc behind they would be taken by the casuals. IMO any course being used for a tourna…
