Share 'Boo'

I haven't played a full round of disc since Thursday (six days ago!). I hurt. The pain starts in my lower left back and runs through my hip. I've been hobbling and wincing in pain, no joke. I'm not sure if the pain is from disc golf or from unloading freight trucks at work. Also, I'm not sure if I'm seriously hurt because I don't have health insurance or extra cash to visit a clinic.
