Share 'Instant Internet Posting of Tournament Scores Using Smartphone'

After each of our mini tournaments I try to post final scores for all players in all divisions. Has anyone found a website where they can post tournament scores on the fly using just a smartphone? An example of how I would want the site to look is at http://www.hdga.org/monthly/monthly07.html
