Share 'Northern Michigan (LP) Course Opening Info?'

Spent the weekend in Traverse City last month finding out that all the gems of the north were still closed. I have to go up again this weekend, and am anticipating pretty much the same. I haven't been able to find a site that tells when these courses are opening. Any advice or info? I've heard Myles Kimmerly and Kingsley are open. What about Hickory Hills, Mt. Holiday, and Lake Ann?
