Share 'Getting back into disc after a 3 year break any course ideas'

Ello all, I'm just getting back into disc after a 3 year break it's been a busy few years lol, but I live in Florissant and was wondering if someone could lead me to a site to look for courses or if someone could recommend a few to go practice on that would be great. Thanks!
