Share 'Quad attachment on the carolina bag?'

I realize this is a dumb question. I am going to be ordering a set of Phenix quads for my carolina bag. I've never had quads before. Where do I attach them on the bag? Do I use the big loops? Or maybe the plastic "loops"? Do I attach the front and the back at the same place? Does it even matter? Thanks for any input.
