Share 'So How EXACTLY do Ratings Work?'
I think I get it for the most part, but I've picked up all I know about how ratings work little bits and pieces at a time, and it's all been word of mouth. Can someone please (Chuck Kennedy maybe?) explain in detail how the PDGA player ratings work? Thanks guys.
