Share 'A Disc at Rest'

Multi part question here.....What is the call on a disc that was stuck above 2 meters (assume the rule's in effect) ....if it fell while walking to the lie? A disc is stuck in the side of a basket...but falls out while going to retrieve it...what is the call? I understand that once a disc is at rest...it's at rest....so the main question here...for both scenarios.....What is a reasonable amount o…
