Share 'Help Identify this Disc F***em Buckey'

This is a little before my time but some of the old timers I play with were excited to see it and got right to debating if it was an Bucky Worboys disc. I suppose he made a few disc like this. The guy that put it in the CTP said he's had it for about 10-20 years and pulled it off his wall.Or it could just be a Wisconson disc.. no clue. What do you guys think?
