Share 'Regional Tour Events - Points'

Several of us (local TDs) were discussing the idea of doing a regional tour next year. I went to thinking of how do you score such things. My question is how to do it?  Yes, we would divide by division. Some thoughts: I want everyone to earn points for every event they attend.
