Share 'Best East Coast(ish) tourney/DC course, in september 2011?'

Hey all, seems like I'll have a mid September business trip across the Atlantic to DC coming up.   Of course I would like to combine this with some DG action, preferrably on the 9/17-18th weekend (I have a monday night flight home to catch from Dulles ia).   PDGA  schedule suggests Elk Creek Classic/Appomatox VA and Seth Burton Memorial/Fairmont WV.
