Share 'Lunch during a tourney'

Please help me here. In Florida we play on the "Fabulous Florida Tour". Almost every tourney provides lunch for its players (price included in entry-about 3 bucks). Now some have complained about the types of food being served, not healthy enough, too spicy, too cheap, etc., etc., etc., What do you think would be a good food during a tourney in hot weather? 1. must be cost effective 2. must be a…
