This particular hole at Reed Park in Tulsa is slightly downhill with a lot of obstacles (read as very large trees with very tall canopies…a high hyzer will not get to the basket) is marked as 231 feet. Reed Park is a nine hole track that is essentially a pitch and putt track…this track is not played much here in Tulsa since we have so many other tracks that are a lot more fun to play.

I threw the teebird with about two thirds arm speed with a slight anhyzer release (to get around two obstacles directly in-line with the basket) and then the disc faded right in…CHA-CHING! I didn’t see it go in, but I heard it…I was floating for the rest of the round…which I won with the EATME group I play with here in Tulsa. The group in front of the group I was playing with stopped and came back to celebrate…read as beers all around!
