I have the same bag--just got it a few days ago, a green one. Storing a putter or two in one of the side pockets, like John said, is a good idea. I've read that they loosen up with use, and mine have stretched out a little, but it's still not easy to get a putter into them--can't do it yet with the bag on my shoulder. I've only had it out twice, and will give it a bit of time, but if that doesn't work, I'll go for a side pocket. I'm presently carrying 12 discs, and can add four more with no crowding--never thought it would carry that many until I played with it after it arrived. I love the versatility. A buddy has the Rev Pro, and we've discussed carrying our lunch along with our discs. We both have room. =)

I don't even use the putter pockets ... I put my putters in the side pocket, room for at least 3 of them.
