Personally i don't trust the monkeys. there were many on hole 4 of the Towa cottages course.

I saw three monkeys. Two at Nasu, and one behind my hotel at Nasu on the second teepad. They are pretty shy. I kept telling everyone the best thing to do is feed them food while looking them directly in the eyes, but nobody believed me. Too bad...
