Potential new course

This park is located on Loder Way in South Guilford. I went down there on the 8/12/2008 and had a look around and took some photos. I think this would be the perfect course for several reasons. Some of those reasons are
1) It is Located on the swan river and there are holes that can be placed along the water with minimal risk of your disc ending up in the drink as there is a tree line all the way along the river. Also great for a swim on those hot days!
2) There is little life in the park there was no wildlife and there was no people around so this would make it perfect as there will be no damage done to anything.
3) There were allot of natural paths or fairways that would be challenging for beginners and also advanced players.
4) There is enough room to install a small 18 hole course or a large 9 hole course depending on what we like.
If anyone has any feedback please do so as I would like to know what you think?

Hey mate it is just a public open space.
I am doing a search with Landmark to see if there is any titles on the land.
Looks good some woody type fairways and water.
It is nice an open with some degree of difficulty through the fairway areas.
Transport, maybe there is a train station near by at Guildford, Gt Eastern Hwy not to far..
Proximity to the city aout 25 mins???

Not sure what the name of the park is though it might be Riverside Parkland? It isnt in the road book or on the Google Maps.
