That is a fuck up. A buddy told me about that yesterday. I did not win I lost by 4 shots. It was originally posted that way and has changed recently for what ever reason. As far as not playing my division that all stemmed from the Charlie Vettiner Open. My very first hole I was put on a fivesome in INT. I was top on the card and took my shot which I parked. I waited almost 20 minutes and watched a 5, 6, and two 7's completely putt out before having a chance at making my 10 footer. By that point I was disgusted to say the least and missed a 10 ft putt that I could have made with my eyes closed. The rest of the round and the next pretty much went the same way. Plus I was sick and in no mood to deal with all the crap shots. So I took a DNF and did not go back Sunday to play. I ended up caddying for a buddy Sunday who is in the PRO division. So after walking 2 rounds with them I came to the conclusion that I can hang with those guys and I am moving up. NO MORE AM's
I have improved tenfold this year in all aspects of the game. I can can most every putt from 50 ft in. I now have a wicked backhand roller. I can forehand roll my way out of trouble. I've gained about 70 ft on my drives. and I have become much more accurate all the way around. When I play with the Pro's I play like a pro and have had several of them tell me this repeatedly. So I guess I am Pro now, except for at the BG am's and other events like that.
My 2 rounds at the Beware of Beavers were my 3rd and 5th highest rated rounds, because of playing against a Pro!!!
