The AlternaTour

The AlternaTour is an alternative to the competitive disc golf scene in Wisconsin and surrounding states.

Wisconsin is a great place to play sanctioned tournaments. The competition is excellent, we have great masters players to up and coming kids that will soon rival the World Champions that already call Wisconsin home.

Unfortunately, in this state, a small group of golfers control and do their best to be the only face of the sport and there seems to be little end in sight...until now!

AlternaTour events stress the fun of the game and the unity of good hearted people who love the game of Disc Golf.

Well...I sure as hell better make up my mind now if I am goin to be able to play Willoway or not the only prob is I have to go to Cali for work and I am not sure which week it is going to be, but I know its going to be soon. I have a feelin I might have to miss another event...damn work!

Talk. Talk. Talk...
A lot of people who think that they are the face of the sport as a moral majority, frankly are not. I get a kick out of those people that think that those drunkards and potheads are ruining the precious image of this fine passion yet do not really get involved more than playing the game. They don't run leagues they do not bother to put on clinics, they do not RUN tournaments, they only PLAY tournaments.
