I got my first par last month, during the Women's Global Event.  I was so excited!  On the second round, I dueced the same hole!  Only a 117 ft hole, but I was so pleased.  I have been wanting to "at least" get par for several years now.  On the second round, I also took par on another hole, which required using a forehand throw around a lot of brush (and uphill).  That hole was 181 feet.  I feel like I am making progress.

So after my last post, we unexpectedly spent the weekend cleaning out a property my parents were selling.  No practice.  Then, two days without practice turned into four, then a week...

Maybe I should alter my resolve to be "I will practice at least once a week" - I think that is more approachable at this point in my life.

But now, to go clean up the supper dishes, bathe the 18 month old, and squeeze in a load of laundry before bedtime.

Well, when everything works together, I can "drive" 150 feet (usually with a Cobra).  I think I threw almost 180' with a Dragon yesterday.

Now, to be able to do that consistently...

I've decided to ignore the power grip for awhile, and just use my version of the fan grip.  While trying to throw further, I feel like I've lost control of where the disc is aiming.
