"Follow through! Let that left leg swing around to the front of your body after the disc leaves your hand. Looks like you're consciously trying to stop this from happening, making you almost lose your balance."

Here is a general question for you old pros out there.I have been playing disc golf at least twice a week over the last few weeks, and have gotten quite a bit better. I know which discs I want to use for different holes, and my putting is amazingly more accurate. Muscle Memory and Me

Here is a general question for you old pros out there.



I have been playing disc golf at least twice a week over the last few weeks, and have gotten quite a bit better. I know which discs I want to use for different holes, and my putting is amazingly more accurate. A Blessing or a Curse?

About a year ago I moved out to the suburbs of the DFW area. I love being a home owner, and out of the apartments.



Now that I am settled in I have decided to make Disc Golf one of my primary forms of exercise. Here is where the blessing/curse kicks in. There are plenty of courses in the DFW area to play in, and when I lived in the city I was maybe 10-15 minutes away from a couple of courses.
