The 2m call cannot be made until the player is under the disc. Otherwise, the disc in a tree is live until the player gets to it regardless where the wind blows it, including under the basket or OB.

On Friday morning, I would like to play a course in Minneapolis or St. Paul and wondered if you could recommend a course for me that is not too challenging or long. I don't know if you have the time, but I'd love to play a round with you, but I know this is short notice and it is a Friday. At any rate, thank you in advance for any help you may give me and thank you for what you do for our sport.

I was hoping you could answer a question i have about a tournament. In April there was a tournament at fallasburg park in lowell MI. The April anhyzer. I believe it was the 1st sanctioned tournament at the course. There are no cement or rubber tees for any of the holes. There are no round ratings listed for the course. Is this due to the fact it was the 1st sanctioned tournament, the fact that there are no cement tees, or is it some other factor i am not aware of. I would appreciate any answer you could provide to my question.

-16 in the second round=1039?
Is it because of the fact that it is 24 holes?
