When did you discover and begin playing this best of all sports?: A friend and fellow University of Oregon student Chris Welborn invited me to play a course his friend Quigley came up with on the U of O campus- using lampposts and trees for baskets and freestyle plastic for our discs of choise (119,141, &165g. Whamo discs). This was the summer of 1984 and Eugene would not see any hard plastic basicaly until 1988. I was the first person that I know of that had ordered a collection of hard plastic here in town along with Ernie Thomas. We ordered them from a guy in Scottsdale, Arizona.
