?? the map i have has 18 holes, off of oconner and liberty walk. i've never been to either course, but the wife and i would like to play a full 18. is this course kid friendly? (9 & 3 year olds are coming too.)
i'm heading up that way in two weeks. (looking at schools and apartments, more than likely gonna move there over the summer). I'm planning on playing Brushy Creek, got a map and everything. But where do you park?
A very casual group playing north Austin and Round Rock courses mostly Saturdays at 10:00.
Good post. I've never considered rolling the TL but I certainly use one often on the course. I'll have to try it soon.
Yeah, I think you, Don, and Steve listened. Ha. I added a page to the About Us section of our group so that maybe more people will find it.

Added an Audio Newsletter (5 minutes) to our disc golf club Early Birds Disc Golf

I was fooling around in Garage Band and I decided to put out a newletter for our disc golf club.

It's an experiment. Any other groups do an audio podcast? This one is only 5 minutes long, I wanted to see if any of our members actually listen to it before I went all out.

Wilco Thieves!

Wilco Thieves

I complain about the litter bugs at our course. This is ridiculous! Breaking into the money box is a great way to get a course closed.

Played Manor Saturday

It's an awesome course. I can't believe they have 2 concrete tee boxes already for each hole. This is definitely designed with established players in mind.

Ace #2!

I just got Ace #2 at Brushy Creek, Cat Hollow. It was hole #2, a short hole with a Firebird thumber. Love that feeling! Did the guys ahead of me see my ace? Of course not! Still, it was sweet! Stepped up, pulled one disc out of my bag, let her fling, and boom!

I thank DiscGolfReview.Com for this. I had read that Firebirds were good thumbers there and sought one out. It's a keeper.
