Types of Holes?

I see that there are different types of holes or courses such as Mach 2 and Mach 3 and DISCatcher.What do these mean?Thanks for the help.Continue

On top of the cage?

If you putt the disc from farther away and it lands on top of the cage instead of in the basket, does it still count?
