Today I set a new personal best of even par on the short course in Bidwell Park. I played with a new putter that I borrowed from a buddy and it took two strokes off of my average. I would also like to remind people about the referndum that is taking place in order to restore disc golf. There will be a referendum signing party at the madison bear garden on Monday December 1st from 11:30 am until 5:30 pm. Please show up to sign the referendum to keep disc golf in upper Bidwell park. So as of monday the 8th I have personally collected 110 signatures for the referendum supporting the restoration of disc golf. I hope to get 200 total before next tuesday the 18th. It looks like as it stands now we will have the 4800 total signatures required to pass the referendum effort.

Already 1/4 of the way to my personal goal and I have only been collecting signatures for a day. Set another personal best of -1 on the short course up 32 today. Was -4 at the turn and fell apart on the back nine (which is usually my strongest point).

Chico disc golfers are preparing to get signatures on a referendum that will overturn the city councils outrageous decision. The most current information on the referendum can be found here (external link). If you are a registered voter in the city of Chico, and feel that it is outrageous that a group of people were kicked out of the park please find out where and how you can help. Sadly I am a registered voter in Durham, so i can only sit back and hope for now.
