springs finally coming

been getting out a lil bit more this week.

friday - ottawa park - never played there before. lots of inbetween mid and driver. hard snow lots of skips, even first round, +1 second. tryin to learn my mids some more. tired out the new sparkle rogue.... maybe a spot in my bag

Spring Break!

Thank god its finally spring break for me. Finally some consisent dging. Today playing Ottawa park (never played it b4) with Woj. prob playing bowling green, oh some time this weekend. next week maybe a couple rounds at cass during the week. for the next weekend will prob play march mush at Stoney Creek Metro Parkway ran by the good guys at Motor City Chain Gang. Then weekend of the 22nd maybe playing at BGSU again ran by the guys at TADGA, then the weekend following weekend instead of… Continue

Lack of playing

I can't get out that often do to work, school, weather, life... what are some ways people stay sharp? before my rounds i visualize what shots i will make on each hole, i don't have a basket, once it warms up i will have access to one near school.

Moraine State park, Portersville PA (huge course three tees, rolling hills and woods)
Nockamixon-Quackertown PA (cool old park with waterfalls and streams, course is flat and wooded. Front nine kinda like firefighters, back nine more difficult. busey with families and kids)
Yetter Park-East Straudsberg PA (new course, not worked in very well. plays along a river, some elevation, mostly wooded, very pretty, some real challenges)
Hickory Run-White Hall PA- not as memorable, wooded, rolling hills

Newport News DDC- Newport News VA (seperate trip, wooded course, long and fun in an old park, some old southern style wooded fences, giant old trees, scenic
