You should get a Fade bag, I've had my orange bag in Florida for over a year and it is still orange (not atomic, but orange!). I also paid 30 or 40 bucks for it.

I hurt my back in kind of the same type of situation and just rested as much as possible (didn't play for 2 weeks!) took lots of naproxin and ibuprofen and was good as new after the third week.
