I know it's not really a small country, but I thought I'd toss the name out there because you never know. Anyway, good luck with forehand, I'm starting to really focus on learning that shot well right now. I played ultimate a lot so I can use it for upshots, but typically opt for lefty backhand instead, but I probably average slightly less distance than yourself and probably less control with anything other than a hyzer. I don't think I'll ever be forehand dominant though because I have decent backhand control out to 380 feet, sometimes over 400 (sorry, terrible with metric conversion... sure hope we switch someday, though I doubt it).
