I wasn't even sure that it was possible to attain distance or control with a forehand. If I could have seen the video I eventually produced it would have sped up my progress drastically.

Try to figure out how to throw each of your discs dead nuts flat. Once you can do that all the other adjustments will come easily. Good luck.
