I really have noticed a lot of things I do well and things that need some overhauling. Yeah, I need to do somthing with that rodeo arm of mine that loves to fly up, lol. I also noticed that I am raising up quite a bit as I start to bring the disc across my chest. Well if you have any more advice I am all ears. Thanks!
