"best advice I've got , was to keep my wrist cocked all the way back from start to finish. That helped me keep the nose down and added up to better "D" off the tee. now if I could figure out what else I'm doing wrong...."

Best Game Ever!!!!
Played very smart golf yesterday 4/19/10 and scored a 12 under beating my best by 3 strokes at Reed Canal! Personal Best!

Help!!!!!! Backhand.
So I have a great snap and tons of power, but im maxing around 400'. The 400' isn't consistent and I have watched countless videos and tips that have helped, but not as much as I would like. I would love to get some insite from those who throw 400' plus on a consistent bases.

If you want very technical direction go to the website discgolfreview.com. These guys (Blake T and his minions) break down throwing mechanics. If you post your video there you should get lots of feedback.
There are a number of articles on the basics. This would be a good starting point.
