Ace # 25 - Enterprise League Ace Pot! 10-31

Well I've been injured.. but my elbow was feeling "okay," so I decided to risk some righty throws (I've been playing lefty since the injury) at Saturday league.
Number 10 is a short little technical shot through the trees. I pulled out my Sierra Nevada Aviar putter and threw an easy little anhyzer shot through the biggest gap. It sailed nicely down the middle gliding gently to the right as it went and BAM! It lands right in the chains!

Ace #24 - Disc Karma

So I roll up to League a couple of minutes late (NOT my fault), the first time I have EVER been late, and I am informed that I am going to receive a one stroke penalty to my score.
This immediately pisses me off because a) I've never been late before, b) I've waited for other people countless times and never stroked them for being late, and mostly c) this is my home course where I have labored hours and hours for the benefit of the course, and run leagues and thrown tournaments, and now you're g… Continue

2009 COS UOB - Shasta Series

I finally won my division at this tournament with a respectable -1 and -2 for my rounds. I was quite happy with my play, and thrilled to finally win this tourney.
Then at the awards I was shocked to find out I had won the overall title as well! That's my first ever and I was glad to win it at such a tough venue.
The competition was fierce and the course took it's toll on the players.

NorCal Series Advanced Masters Champion!!

I got the best birthday present of all!! I won the NorCal Points Championship! It was a close, tightly contested race all year against some of the best in the state and I scraped and clawed all year long and won it. Barely. But barely counts!! After the final round at Rocklin at the NorCal Finals I was sweating the results, as Les Swift and Mark Whittingslow both made a run at the title, finishing 1rst and 2nd in the tournament to my 4th. The cost is $5 for 9 $8 for 18. Kind of steep, but might be fun once in a while. The other thing is. There is a club house, with beer on tap and snacks
