I carry a really heavy bag with lotsa water, discs and snacks so my quadshocks are having stitching problems after only a few months.

Also try and show how you are holding the disc as well on both the outside and inside of the disc. If you can do some slow mo's on your drives then it would be easier to see whats going on.
