Bijou now has fly18 tee pads! It plays like whole new course. It takes 4 - 5 strokes off your round.

I feel the same about Bijou. When I was incharge I redesigned the front 9, and kept the back the same & just added pin placements. Changing things are real hard with certain club members. They don't want change unless it is their change. However Russ Wey, the new course pro has installed fly18 tee pads.
Last year we put in a course in N.Tahoe. It is beautiful and plays great. I also designed a 27 holer at the Tahoe Donner Ski hill. Championship. Due to snow, it will take a while to build. I was also called to help design a course in Mosquito (10 miles) north of Placerville. It should be ready to play in a few months. Reno is getting a new course this year,.... but no trees. Yikes.
