My thoughts on throwing technique...

From time to time I have people e-mail me asking about improving their throws. I figure I'd permanently post my thoughts on it here. This is from a conversation with an aspiring golfer:

Good Edge - Getting Disc Golf to Finally Take Flight

In Disc Golf there are countless opinions on what has to happen for the game to truly come of age. We constantly hear about a higher level of professionalism, corporate sponsorship, and media coverage. Yet, the more these fires are stoked the less I am impressed with the fruits of our collective efforts. That must be Dave Evans aka Snakeman, big tall guy with a Sooke coffeehouse. Good to see young folks like you picking the disc and putting with it. I was just looking at those boxes of discs in my storage area and wndering if it is time to liquidate them since I am about to lose my job. I have a few goodies like unused moonglow puppy prototypes and old glow Wham-O golf discs.
