"I think that number one you just have to get used to the slower speed of play in tournaments, but also remember that you are there to have fun. Winning is a good thing, but don't concentrate on that. Concentrate on one shot at a time and play…"

"I have the same problem. I am trying to be cool and calm in tourny play. The speed (a snail) at which we move at an event, gives me to much time to ponder. I think throwing more casual rounds as playing for real might help."

so i play alot of rec rounds and shoot pretty good for my age im pretty young and have been playing for 4 years i generally shoot around -5 to +1 on pro level courses( kaposia, north valley, blue ribbon pines, hyland SSA all in minnesota and all played or have been played in a NT Minnesota majestic) but when it comes to tournament or leagues i just cant seem to throw as good as i know im capable of. any ideas for staying calm and shooting consistent Thanks MikeSee More
