Mr No Non-Sense said… - No pics up yet? I got this icy hot patch yesterday to put on afterwards. I got home, picked Sirena up for a movie and had her put it on me, it never got hot, but the next day there was absolutely no soreness! A generic brand from Fred Meyer's. Alot of glow sticks went to waste lastnight, sucks - I was using the cyalume ones too, they're more expensive.

Hey, what's up PDub? So I got my Katana today, although I couldn't specify what weight I wanted, they sent me a 159 (Summer Disc), so I'm going to try to track down a heavier one! But you can see I got my new disc towel in too! This cabin fever is killin' me!! Last Thurs night our power went out for a few hours, Kristen loved all of my glow gear and flashlights! So what's planned for this Wednesday???
