"When I tried keeping the elbow out I ended up having a constant sore elbow.  After switching back to keeping the elbow tucked in the pain has gone away.  So keep your elbow close to your body to eliminate pain."

"My favorite sidearm midrange is a Vibram Trak.  I have aced a 150 ft hole with one, as well as, deucing several times from 30 ft to 80 ft.  This disc has been a laser for me.  Before the Trak, I was throwing a CFR Gator. "
