When did you discover and begin playing this best of all sports?

I discovered Disc Golf in 2001,but I didnt start playing competitions until just last year.I love the sport and hope it grows in the coming years.My home course is Peccole Ranch,located in the southwest part of Las Vegas,just down the street from World Famous Red Rock Canyon.I started playing other courses about a year ago and have taken my game to new levels.

another 2 over at peccole

well i just played peccole today and got another 2 over it was a beautiful easter sunday. sadly to say the ranch will be under construction for how long i dont know.the part of the course where you cut over and play holes 15-18 are totally closed off to pedestrians, so playing the back 4 holes is impossible.I was at the union hall today tring to get a job, and i drove by freedom park.It still looks like its under construction too, but progress is bieng made. A very windy day at sunset!!!

Today is 4-3-09 and it was so windy about 40 mph. The day started off looking good,but at about 10:30 a storm blew in and got pretty ugly. I ended up with a 6 over after 18 holes. somehow i managed to birdie 18 to end the hellish round.you got to have a little bit of luck to make a 30 footer in 40 mph winds. Usually your disc either goes way up or just hits the ground.I got lucky!!Bag tag is in 2 weeks if its windy ill be ready.

ouch!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I totally sliped and ate shit on hole 1 at my home course at Peccole Ranch.. My right hip is so sore and i landed on my right elbow.. the tee pad was slippery with water. I didnt even see where my disc went. when i finally got up and looked for my disc i was surprized to see it landed straight in line. about 10 feet passed the basket.. i putted it in for birdie. but damn i paid the price for that one.. its going to takes weeks to heal. i finished my round at 2 over. a good score.. at Peccole!!!!… Continue
