Lemon Lake Disc Golf Complex is hosting the 10th annual Homie Fall Classic. If you are in the Chicago area or no more than a few states away and have never attended a Homie, this is the year to…Continue
"I hope these new companies come though in a big way at the 2013 Professional World Championships!! I want this to be the best pro worlds ever and we have the potential to do just that. We've already done it in '10 and we are…"
"Try a gold line plastic ABC Money putter. A deep dish, Chicago-style rim, no bead, overstable (but not obnoxiously so), good upwind putter. Give it some air with a slight anhyzer release and it will "s" to 300. …"
"No one but me understands that Chuck is actually Spock. He means no offense with his knowledge and doesn't understand irony. People hate on him because, when he types, he makes many of them feel stupid, shame on him!!"
"Put some blue chalk in a travel baby powder container (the kind a plumber has to snap chalk lines). It can be used to check the wind direction, or put some on a corner of your disc and it will leave a blue streak in the snow. Just…"
"Yep, yep, not Discraft's finest hour on that one, lol. That's why we are an innova club. They gave us 20 grand to run the Pro Worlds, Discraft and the other makers did not. Many of the makers wouldn't even return…"

3. A Flex Buzzz (anyone can have fun throwing a Buzz).
4. What sport for the jock? If…"
"A nice stable star Valk (preferrably a proto star!!), they don't have a big rim, hold a line well without being too flippy. The flight numbers might be what you are looking for. A nice CFR Glow Champ Roadrunner is also a good…"
"Call Jay Svitko at the Disc Golf Shop at Lemon Lake, I think he may still have some. DC was a little shady with Brian C. as they sold him a bunch of cherry nuke plus in red Sparkle with the Worlds stamp on them, then they told people not…"
"Innova r-pro plastic is rubbery and new player friendly. At one time a R-Pro Boss about 150 grams was my longest disc. Things change and R-Pro beats up and goes understable quickly with use, especially the max distance…"
Happy belated Birthday, Rudy! Thanks for the message. Unfortunately I won't be playing any disc golf until the spring. I had shoulder surgery on my throwing arm in August and am just now starting to ease back into throwing a softball/disc. I will actually be coaching softball in NY and probably won't be back until June. Come summer, I will surely see you out at Lemon though! Take care!
