I throw a lot of side arm and I don't think the left side of my body is keeping up cause I have these weird cramps in my left rib cage.

I have a broken pinky and have to throw the 2finger flick-guess that's the same as sidearm? Got any tips! I'm having hell! Very unpredictable, using a x-clone and sidewinder so far. Either goes too high and covers no ground or straight to the ground, I get lucky every now and then, I think I need to bend at the waist,so it seems, not much stepping involved right?? I have a bad back, that's why I never threw this way, but I have no choice now, I do putt lefty and that's been a learning experience, but need help with the sidearm drive, any input would be appreciated! Thanx
