i framed for 18 years and if you use a hammer a lot you have the same popey knot on your forearm you say your backs stiff? try a sidearm shot that starts about half way behind you and your elbow a little out start your swing by pulling your elbow forward and in when its even with your hip start tosnap your wrist and pop the disk out like you where toe nailing a stud to a floor plate you look goofy at first but when you find the right release you can bennd your knees a littleand adjust the plain it comes out in use a fast disc speed 10 or faster its a low shot but with the right disc you can git a great skip at the end never really useing your back keep flippn and trippn
