Unmotivated, Damn Snow.

Anyone else just seem less motivated to play now that the snow has arrived? I love disc golf in any weather or so I thought. The snow discing Idea just does not appeal to me at all. I cannot seem to justify to myself why I should throw disc with 6 inches of snow on the ground and 20 degree weather. I want to justify it to myself because I want to throw. Turkey Open

November 8th, 2008 Was the turkey open at firefighters park in troy Michigan. First off let me say it was confusing as hell to get to this place. there were at least 3 highway changes and I got lost going there. But I arrived on time to register. I Played Am 3 as I always do. Slowing down and Playing

Today I played the 3rd annual big rapids open in Big Rapids on Northend Riverside Park. Nice Course Tightly wooded on most holes very few open. The course was fun very challenging though. Definitely need a good side arm although the guy that won in my division (Am 3) He threw 98% Thumbers/Tomahawks. The tournament was well put together, nicely ran. I ended up taking 2nd out of 7. My Tournament details and Stats.

Yesterday I played my first tournament it was Club Deads Octoberfest at Meyer Broadway park and the Temp Worlds course. I really liked the experience except for the fact One of the guys in my group the first round was kind of a dick I wont say names in case he is on this site. Seriously Now

Went out and played today at Knollwood course. I was shooting well, I have shot better but I definitely wasn't doing poorly. I hit the basket 5 different times, on different holes.Came so close. I hate it when I do that its like come on just give me the friggin ace! But atleast I am pretty sure I will do well when the Ace Race comes to Knollwood. Since its most aces or most metal hit.

Like I said... after hole #5...go left across the road and you will find hole #6 for the 24 hole layout. To bad you guys were in the mood for some discin. I could have shown you around the new stuff we got goin. Anyway...nice meetin ya'll.
