Two rounds on Saturday and one round on Sunday. All Pro/Adv. players will play from our brand new pro tees! We will have lunch provided on Saturday and great prizes and awards after the round on Sunday.
In disc golf it is never about the weights, its about toning and conditioning. It is about being physically prepared to throw lots of shots without injury. You want to focus your power and energy to pin-point releases, never let shots get out of control, stay in the zone on all shots and always know how your discs fly. Preparation is key to being good at any sport but essential to becoming great at disc golf.
