MORE DISTANCE!!
I found some tips from Dave Dunipace (Co-Founder and President of Innova Discs) He was also the 1981 World Distance Champion. I tried to follow them and even after the first day I was noticing some definite extra D in my drives. Here they are:
DRIVING TIPS:
1. Use your fingers and wrist as springs rather than hinges.
2. "Arm speed" comes from elbow motion rather than arm motion per se.
