Stretching is important before you play and after you play. Also when you wake up, and before you go to bed. Stretching reinforces tendons and adds life to your muscles by ridding them of stressful chemicals.

OK Winter is here

NOW WHO IS DOWN FOR SOME DISC? I am for sure. I just want to let everyone know that if they ever need anyone to disc with, because they dont feel right discing by themselves in the winter because they are afraid of what people will think, JUST CALL ME! I love to disc in the winter. Favorite past-time of mine. Only lost one disc in 5 winters so I am also a good disc-ninja to have around. I love Disc Golf

So I am obsessed with disc golf, I have to golf everyday, no matter if it's shooting at this small course here in Plainwell, which the distance on this nine hole course adds up to a whopping 1385, or throwing my putters in between two skinny trees (and imagining theres a basket there). I have been golfing for a while now. I've had the opportunity to explore one of the biggest and best disc golf scenes in the world right here in Michigan.
