I just had to share that with my wife being a stay-at-home mom to a 5-year-old boy and a 2-year-old girl (redhead, at that), I thought I would give her a little break this afternoon and take our son out for a bit. I thought it would be fun to give him a disc while I did some putting practice.

First Tourney - Baptism by Ice

I had two goals at my first tournament, the 6th Annual Bud Hill Ice Bowl, just outside Memphis, TN.

1. Place higher than last.

2. Don't lose any discs.

Well, not only did I come in last, but I lost two discs... on the same hole of course. Not only did I card a triple-circle 9 on hole #18, my first round was my worst score ever, at a whopping 82.

But after a few months, it's just fine. I still like it over my Sidewinder, but my Sidewinder is a bit diff. than the standard versions. It's as flat as a plate, so it's a bit more stable than the other Sidewinders I've thrown.
